Andes 500+ Fill Power Snow Comfort White Down Comforter

• This comforter is made with white down and 100% Cotton of 233 TC Satin weave in white. Design: 14” True Baffle box design to keep the down in place for exceptional loft and warmness.
• All our down products have much higher standards than New American 2000, Japan and European standards. To control the quality of the down products, our down suppliers must test the product according to IDFB (International down and feather bureau) testing method.
• Down Processing: We wash our down & feathers 10 – 15 times to filter out the dusts and dirt vs. 4-6 washing cycle industrial standard. Cleanliness: Oxygen number: 3.30; Turbidity: 900 mm. Fill power test: Average fill power based on 3 samples is 616. Fabrics: Down Proof and air permeability test under 4.0.
• Special treatment: We require our supplier to apply special detergent imported from Germany for odor remover and anti-bacteria. In addition, we apply special agent to keep the PH value of down between 6.7 & 7.2. This is a very critical process for the down products to last for years.
